Today is another 'Where would you rather be..?..' day..... here are some nice beach shots to brighten up your day and think where you would rather be !
Days like today are the frustrating part of my job.... the office manager will not walk out in the rail and looking out from my desk at the grey and wet but working on holidays and trips for customers to warmer places.
Currently have trips on my desk to Madeira, Tenerife, Oman, Corfu, southern Spain, Peru, route 66 and western Canada.

📢 Travel Update: The EU’s New Entry/Exit System (EES)

Big changes are coming for travel within the Schengen area. From 12 October 2025, the familiar process of passport stamping will be replaced by biometric data – such as fingerprints and facial recognition – to record non-EU travellers’ movements, including British passport holders, in and out of Europe.

The aim is to create a more secure and efficient border process. However, as with any major change, travellers may experience delays, queues, or confusion while the system is rolled out. Even experienced travellers could find the new requirements unfamiliar at first.

Travelling to Europe? 🌍

From 12 October 2025 the EU will introduce a new electronic border system – the EU Entry/Exit System (EES).

The changes will be introduced in phases over six months, so you may not notice them straight away.

🛃 Your fingerprints and photo may be taken at the EU border. This may take a few minutes so be prepared to wait at busy times.

If your passport needs renewing just a reminder that UK passport renewal rates are going up on 10 April, a lot of countries require up to 6 months validity of your passport or black pages for entry and exit stamps so worth saving a few £’s, planning ahead and just double checking your passport expiry date.
