🚢 Day 4 – Last Day of the Hays Cruise Conference aboard Queen Anne! ✨

Our final day and we were in Zeebrugge, although the schedule was so busy there was no time to get off the ship! 🇧🇪

It was another packed day of learning, with sessions from Scenic & Emerald Cruises, Seabourn, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises and Oceania Cruises.

So many different cruise lines, destinations and experiences to learn about. I’ve come away feeling both informed and inspired, with even more ideas to help match my customers to their perfect cruise. 🌍🚢 If anything, this conference has made my cruise wish list even longer! 😂

This afternoon, we headed to the back deck for the sailaway party. The sun was shining, the live band was playing and there was a brilliant party atmosphere. ☀️🎶 The perfect way to enjoy our last afternoon on board!

For tonight’s entertainment, we returned to the Bright Lights Society for another show, as we enjoyed it so much last night. Tonight’s show was Fizz – a lively, high-energy production full of music, glamour and fabulous performances. 🥂✨

We rounded off the evening in the Red Lion pub, listening to some traditional folk music. A lovely end to a fantastic few days!

💙 So, what a conference! Four days packed with learning, networking, new friendships, fantastic entertainment and the chance to experience Cunard’s beautiful Queen Anne.

It’s been a real privilege to meet so many cruise line representatives, learn more about the incredible choices available and catch up with fellow Hays franchisees who share my passion for travel.

I’ve come away with plenty of new knowledge, lots of inspiration and an even longer list of cruises I’d love to try! Now, which one do I book first? 😂🌍

🚢 Day 3 – Rotterdam 🇳🇱

What a busy day on board Queen Anne!

Today’s conference sessions featured Fred. Olsen, AmaWaterways and Azamara. So many fantastic ships, itineraries and destinations to learn about… if only I could try them all! 🌍🛳️

🫖 This afternoon we were treated to a traditional afternoon tea, complete with sandwiches, scones and delicious buns. Always a lovely treat!

We then had a precious hour to ourselves, so I took the opportunity to get off the ship and have a quick wander around Rotterdam. 🇳🇱 This city really surprised me! I loved what little I saw and will absolutely be coming back to spend more time exploring.

✨ The highlight of my trip so far has to be The Bright Lights Society show! ✨

If you’re cruising on Queen Anne, this is an absolute MUST! 🎭 An immersive, interactive, cabaret-style show that was so entertaining. Definitely one not to miss!

We rounded off the day with dinner in the main dining room, followed by a nightcap in the Commodore Club Martini Bar. 🍸

🚢 Cunard Queen Anne – Day 2: Sea Day! ✨

Today started with a tour around the ship, giving me a chance to properly explore Queen Anne. First impressions? Everything feels so new and luxurious! 😍 I loved all the little nods to Cunard’s history and heritage throughout the ship.

Then it was off to the theatre for another day of conference sessions, with presentations from Cunard, P&O Cruises and Viking.

👀 P&O fans, keep your eyes peeled! Their new 2029 season is launching very soon, with details being announced on Tuesday!

I particularly enjoyed the session from Viking Cruises. Most people immediately think of river cruising when they hear Viking, but did you know they also have five ocean cruise ships? 🚢 Definitely a cruise line worth knowing more about!

🥂 Tonight was Gala Night, and it was lovely to see everyone dressed up. Cunard certainly embraces a more formal feel on gala evenings, adding to that special occasion atmosphere.

Another delicious dinner followed by drinks and music in the beautiful Grand Lobby rounded off a fantastic day.

I’m loving the opportunity to experience Cunard for myself, learn more about the different cruise lines and making great contacts within the cruise industry.

🚢 Cruise Day 1 – Queen Anne ⚓️

Our first day on board Cunard’s Queen Anne and it’s been a great start! 😍

Embarkation was smooth and we headed straight to the buffet for lunch. Lots of choice and really good quality food, although it was busy as you’d expect on the first day!

After a quick look around the ship (first impressions are good, but there’s still lots more to explore!), it was off to the theatre for our first Hays Cruise Conference session. We were treated to a fantastic performance of singing and dancing by Cunard’s onboard theatre company. 🎭

Then it was time for pre-dinner drinks 🥂 before heading to the main dining room to sample the food. Beautifully presented, plenty of choice and absolutely delicious! 😋

A lovely first day, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of Queen Anne over the next few days!

I’ve just boarded for 4 days of cruising, learning and networking at the Hays Cruise Conference!

First impressions are great 😍 The ship is lovely and I’m very happy with my room.

Now it’s time to explore a little more and try out the buffet for lunch… priorities! 😂🍴

🚢 OUT OF OFFICE – CRUISE CONFERENCE AHOY! 🚢

From Thursday, I'll be swapping my usual desk for something a little more exciting as I've been invited to attend the Hays Cruise Conference onboard Cunard's Queen Anne! 🛳️

I'm really looking forward to this fantastic opportunity to network with fellow colleagues and cruise suppliers, learn more about the latest developments in the cruise industry and continue building my knowledge to help you find your perfect cruise.
