ESEM deliver European Double

It has been a unique end to a very successful season for ESEM. We had the honour of working with two football clubs and their travel agencies for two European Finals. We were asked to support HRG Sports for Bayer 04 Leverkusen’s Europa League Final in Dublin, followed by working with Borussia Dortmund’s travel agency besttravel for the club’s second Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium in 11 years.

Our experience of 540 European match projects, backed up by our great relationships with an outstanding network of hotels, venues and suppliers, enabled us to service the requirements of our clients, from accommodation, transportation, restaurants and venues, to project managers and German speaking guides.

A big thank you to our friends at HRG Sports and besttravel for their cooperation and trust around these prestigious events.

We are also grateful to all our travel industry partners for their excellent collaboration and contribution to the success of these unique projects. We couldn’t do this without the outstanding team around us.

Here at ESEM, we are in the final stages of preparing our next Champions League projects in London and Manchester next month. This follows on from a very successful autumn, when we worked with our European travel partners for Champions League, Europa Conference League, UEFA Youth League and International matches in Dublin, Wales, Manchester, London, Glasgow, Sevilla, Málaga and Edinburgh.

We continue to be ‘part of your team’ for the travel partners of leading European football clubs and federations, covering all aspects of the team, officials, sponsors, guests, media and supporters during their stay in the match destinations.
From the coordination of the airport arrival, all hotel and transportation requirements, liaising with the hosting club regarding the stadium parking arrangements, sourcing of additional training facilities, restaurants and excursion programmes for sponsors and guests, we cover all bases, so our clients can totally focus on the match ahead.

Our record of over 520 European match projects, working in 142 different cities and with teams from 47 different countries, is something we are very proud and the loyalty from our clients is the ultimate compliment.
