We chatted and explored and finished the tour all before the working day began.

• Register via the form on our website and choose your distance: 5k; 10k; 21k or Kids Run
• Instead of a participation fee, we ask you to make a voluntary donation to the Kilian Jornet Foundation
• Find your individual running route with the chosen length and complete it at any time within the campaign period (February 1-7, 0-24 hrs CEST)
• Record your run and upload the track as well as a picture to be included in the ranking*

*It is also possible to participate without tracking, in which case you will not be included in the scoring.

Today, I traded the usual running paths for waterways, on a scenic River Mersey canoeing session.

Massive Thanks to for an amazing morning on The Mersey, soaking up the rays and getting a workout too!

Right now we can't easily travel and see the cities we visit through running 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏽 - BUT - we can share our own city running 👌🏼

On June 20th we are encouraging all runners around the world to run and share the sights and gems of their city. Though we can't travel at the moment, this should not stop us from "seeing" new cities and cultures, broadening our mind, be inspired and connect with like-minded people. 🌎❤
