You may have noticed our Director Tim is currently swapping Heacham for India, travelling on Newmarket Holidaysโ€™ Tigers & the Taj Mahal escorted tour.
And judging by the photographs and updates coming back, itโ€™s proving quite the adventure! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
One of the reasons Tim wanted to experience this particular holiday himself was to see exactly what an escorted tour adds in a destination like India, and the verdict so far is a very positive one.
The hotels have been gorgeous, the organisation excellent and, in a country where arranging all the transport, sightseeing and logistics independently could be rather daunting, the value of having everything brought together for you really becomes apparent.

The expertise of the Newmarket Holidays tour manager has particularly impressed him. Hotels are expecting the group, transport is organised, sightseeing is arranged, local knowledge is on hand and the complicated bits simply happen in the background.

So far Tim has explored Delhi, headed into Ranthambore National Park on safari and is now enjoying Jaipur, with Agra and the magnificent Taj Mahal still to come.

๐Ÿ… The tigers have so far decided not to make an appearance, although the deer, monkeys and birdlife have been considerably less camera-shy!
