CLEANING SERVICE CHARGE(S): Here at Gail’s Cleaning Services we pride ourselves in providing the highest of cleaning standards for you our client. Our ethos is to be open and honest from the onset, so that you as the client are fully aware of cleaning services provided by ourselves in partnership with you. There will be no surprise hidden costs. Whether it’s a once a week, once a fortnight, once a month, domestic clean, commercial Holiday Let/Airbnb, or a end of tenancy clean, we are here to provide the highest standard of cleaning service that you our valued client require.
BASIC CLEAN £20hr (Standard 3 bedroomed full clean) Example: General tidying around, dusting, hoovering, mopping, skirtingboards/door frames & doors etc, main bathroom and toilet clean, kitchen clean (worktops, unit doors & drawers) including basic fridge & microwave clean. Ovens//Hob basic.
Example: Average time frame approx 2hrs for a 3 bedroomed basic clean - £40 *
*Extra Costs to Basic cleans are not included in the hourly rate, please ask for details.
HOLIDAY LETS/Airbnb: prices start from £75 (for a standard 3 bedroom house/apartment/cottage) per clean depending on the size of the property and whether you wish to include our laundry services (washing/drying/ironing).
*LAUNDRY SERVICES ONLY – Guest bedding & Towels Only (washing/drying/ironing)
*IRONING SERVICE ONLY
We offer a ironing service to our Airbnb/holiday let clients, we do not charge by the individual items as most commercial laundry services, but offer a hrly rate. We have a commercial steam roller iron which saves us time, and reduces our costs, thus also reducing the overall cost to you our clients. Our current charge is £12hr.
DEEP CLEANS - Prices are opened for discussion following viewing of a property.

NB - All current prices are subject to a yearly review, and you will be notify of any pending price increase in advance.
We provide our own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment, and are fully insured.
Also we are happy to provide a top up service to our Airbnb/Holiday Let clients ensuring that cleaning products etc, plus tea/coffee supplies are available for guests to use during they stay, ie bathroom supplies – toilet tissue, handwash, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen supplies - washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing capsules, kitchen cleaning spray. Also tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods and biscuits (we only supply Biscoff biscuits as these do not contain nuts). This will be added to your invoice as and when needed, including receipt of purchases photocopied, as our clients you will be given advance notice should we note that your supplies for your guests and becoming low. Therefore you have the choice to do this yourself or take advantage of our offer to do this for you.

Welcome Celebration Pack 4 –
Bottle of Wine (red or white), Box of chocolates.
Welcome Celebration Pack 5 –
Bottle of Wine(red or white), 4 Pack of Craft Beers, Box of Chocolates.
