Defence Fit is a course aimed at small groups of 2-10 participants. We have a facility in the centre of Leicester or will travel to a business or leisure location when required. Defence Fit would suit small community based groups right through to large corporate organisations. We see the necessity for Defence Fit within the fitness community or work environment, improving confidence, increasing fitness and in some cases it may be a legal requirement. If you organise or even participate in a sports club or running/walking group, then we can attend and educate members in an enjoyable and familiar environment. Lone commuters and general fitness enthusiasts will also benefit from our exciting course and if you’re a business owner or employee who experiences periods of lone working, then you should follow this link to find out more about H&S Lone Working Policy and how Defence Fit can benefit you
