Stargazing at Percy Wood – Perseid Meteor Shower Special! 🌌
Join us for an unforgettable night under the stars on Tuesday 12th August! We are excited to welcome two expert astronomers from Kielder Observatory for a very special stargazing event, when the Perseid Meteor Shower will be at its peak! ✨
The Perseid Meteor shower is one of the most prolific in the astronomical calendar, with a peak of around 100 meteors per hour, so this really isn’t one to be missed! 🌠
We'll begin the evening with a short talk and introduction in the conservatory at Coast and Country, followed by a guided stargazing session on the golf course, where you'll have the chance to witness one of nature's most stunning spectacles!

By signing up, you acknowledge that the event will take place outdoors on the golf course, and participants should dress appropriately for the weather.
