Singapore Grand Prix under the lights: the skyline glowing, engines roaring, cocktails in hand and street food between sessions. No emails, no deadlines, just pure adrenaline and city glamour.

Ready to swap your screen time for race time this year?

Let’s all have a nice family day out she said… and it was so windy Jon and I didn’t get out of the car 😆

Ingram Valley is so beautiful and we had the best day out there last summer, with water play and paddling (or plodging as we Northumbrians call it) and picnicking.

It just shows you can’t recreate the magic twice. And the same goes for holidays. Why go to the same place when you can try somewhere different? Let me find you somewhere else that’ll tick all the boxes.

There’s a big world out there!

You know that friend who’s always saying “we really need a holiday”… but never actually books one?

If you send them my way and they book their trip with me, you could both be in with a chance to win £1,000 towards your next holiday.

You get to be the helpful, well‑travelled friend, they get a properly planned escape, and there is a very lovely prize pot waiting in the wings.

Tag or share with someone who needs a getaway and I will do the rest.

We’ve only gone and done it… SUNDERLAND IN EUROPE.

Straight into the Europa League league phase means proper European away days are back on the cards: cold nights in Scandinavia, beers in buzzing city squares, a bit of Mediterranean sun and four trips to plan around the football.

What it also means: chaos on flights and hotels the second fixtures drop. There will be commercial flights, long coach slogs and maybe the odd charter in the mix, and it is not going to be easy to piece together on your own.

If you’re even half‑thinking of following Sunderland in Europe, tell me now. I’ll be in touch as soon as the fixtures are out so we can get the good flights and decent hotels sorted before it all gets snapped up.

What just happened?
Yesterday 26•C
Today 15•C

Yesterday’s glimpse of summer has vanished again… typical.

I’ve got everything crossed for tomorrow, but if you’re bored of checking the forecast every five minutes, there is a much easier way to guarantee warm sunshine.

Let me sort the flights, transfers and a pool with actual blue skies above it, so you can swap “chance of showers” for “sun all week”.

Drop me a message to start planning your escape to somewhere that does not need a weather app.

Thank you so much for this feedback Stephen. It was a special trip organise and I’m so pleased I could help.

“I booked this as a surprise 21st birthday present for my son. He said it was the best holiday he’s ever had. Rachel was there throughout the entire process and made sure everything was smooth, helping us to make lifelong memories and that’s what it’s all about.”

Hello, it’s me 👋🏼 I’ve had a fair few new followers recently so thought I’d reintroduce myself.

I’m Rachel, from rural Northumberland. Wife to Jon, Mam to Phoebe (9) Freddie (6) and my first born Barnaby (🐾)

I’ve lived and worked abroad in Italy, Greece and Spain, and been a travel agent for 2.5 years. I launched my own business last December, totally independent to work around our family but backed by the wonderful Travel Counsellors, who give me the tech and tools to support my clients.

I run a book club and a ladies networking group. I love coffee, my paddleboard and a good BBQ.

I LOVE my job! It doesn’t feel like work to research and book a client’s holiday and I honestly care about it as much as I care for my own. And it’s a privilege to look after you while you’re away too.

Some travel stats 🌍
Honeymoon; Mauritius
Fave place; Anywhere in Italy
Last trip; cruise
Next trip; cruise
In the diary; Lanzarote, Croatia, Rhodes, Thailand
Bucket list; Hawaii, Japan, Indonesia

If you’d like to talk travel I’m always ready!

“Your extra care to details and listening to my individual needs for a trip that was the furthest I’ve ever been didn’t go unnoticed. You were even on the text telling me about slight delays before I knew about them and I was sitting in the airport. I will definitely be booking my next trip with you. You made me feel like an independent woman!”

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, Rachael.

Tapas tastings, lazy plaza evenings and exploring grand boulevards hand in hand: Madrid is a city break that works beautifully for families.

Think churros for breakfast, rowing boats in Retiro Park, world‑class art in bite‑sized doses and cooling off with rooftop pool time while the city sparkles below. It is culture, sunshine and fun, all wrapped into one easy European escape.

If you would love a family city break designed around you, from flights and transfers to the perfect hotel and kid‑friendly experiences, get in touch and I will create your ideal Madrid adventure.
