Yesterday was the last of the Easter bike sessions. We were over at Contin woods with the Experienced and Advanced Riders. Contin contains a diversity of hand built trails that include drops, berms, slabs, and roots. With everything from fast flowing to tight and techy trails sections.

The local trail association headed by local rider and trail builder have put hundreds of hours of work into these trails. If you’d like to help out at Contin then drop them a message.

Today was the first of this years’ Beginner, Junior Rider and Intermediate Rider sessions over

3 groups of enthusiastic young riders got to demonstrate their abilities through drills, games and plenty of trail riding. The sun even came out for a bit!☀️

Over to Learnie tomorrow for Intermediate and Experienced Rider sessions.

The final development day for the Coaching in Context Gravity course is now complete. The paperwork has been submitted and I’m now looking forward to trying out all the new ideas and concepts with my .north.mtb groups over Easter. I will also be working alongside my team of leaders to create a program of classes for our sessions this summer.

Massive thanks to for his guidance, expertise and of course all the laughs!

It was so good to work with such an experienced group, massive thanks to Dan, Vincent, Simon, Craig, Robbie, Cat and Mandy
