Super proud of myself today, all be it in extreme pain now !!
Today i have spent the day, learning about Queensland and taking part in Race Across Bristol. 🌎 With First class holidays and tourism queensland 🇦🇺 🪃 🦘

For someone who is in pain for walking a few steps, I am proud that I managed to push myself to get over half way round.
My mobility is only getting worse a pushing myself to do these things gives me a sense if being.

Yes I am in bed at 830pm, yes I will not be able to move tomorrow. But I had soo much fun and met some lovely people 💕

Today is international dog day as alot of you know I have my little baby girl Amber but also my big puppy Bert (old man).
