I'm delighted to introduce everyone to the very happy new owners of our lovely little house at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. We bought Roselyn in January 2020 just a few weeks before all our lives changed so dramatically. The challenges we all faced during the pandemic were tremendous but the challenge of getting all of the work done and our lovely holiday home up and running was actually really helpful for us when contact with family and friends was so restricted.
We have had some great guests staying at Roselyn who have loved both the house and this friendly little town.
Selling Roselyn was not an easy decision but Ian and I have been finding the care and maintenance of two properties quite a strain in the last year. The Bed and Breakfast business is building up quite nicely here at Creel Cottage so we have decided that as we will both be in our 70s this year (I will be 70 and Ian 73 in August) it's time to cut back a bit.
We are delighted to be handing Roselyn over to Ali and Sarka who we know will take great care of it, and it will always be very special to them as their first, of many I hope, wonderful holiday homes.
So please don't be concerned to see new details on the page and have every confidence in booking directly with them.
The website should be handed over to them in the next week so be sure to book soon to avoid disappointment.........and enjoy your stay in beautiful Northumberland.
