⭐️ The Role
As Entertainment Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the entertainment operation and ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional holiday experience from morning through to evening.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading, developing, and supporting your entertainment team
* Delivering and overseeing a varied daytime and evening entertainment programme
* Creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages
* Managing weekly rotas and daily entertainment schedules
* Working closely with the wider park team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Working a six-day rota, including split shifts and evening entertainment

📍 Kessingland Beach Holiday Park - Suffolk

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Entertainment Manager to lead the entertainment operation at Kessingland Beach Holiday Park.

🎭 The Role

As Entertainment Manager, you will:
• Lead a entertainment team of 5 consisting of yourself and four troupers
• Deliver and oversee a daytime and evening entertainment programme
• Support and motivate your team to provide a high standard guest experience
• Create and manage weekly rotas
• Work closely with the wider park team to ensure smooth daily operation
• Adapt entertainment delivery to suit guest demographics and the atmosphere of the park
• Work a six day split-shift rota, including evenings
💷 Contract & Pay
• £13.46 per hour
• 40-hour contracted week

📅 Contract Dates
• Start date: immediate start
• End date: Mid-November

What a day at LMA Liverpool this week 💫

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented 3rd year students who joined us for the Parkdean Resorts Entertainment Casting Workshop & Auditions. The level of fresh talent we saw today was something else. So much energy, passion, and individuality in the room, it made our job very exciting.

We were also made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, thank you & Liz for having us.

An absolute pleasure from start to finish… we’re already looking forward to doing it all again.

Crimdon Deme Holiday Park – Lincolnshire ⭐️

We are looking for an experienced and confident Entertainment Manager to lead our entertainment offering at Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, set in Hartlepool.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high quality entertainment in a quieter park environment and leading a small, close-knit team.

⭐️ The Role

As Entertainment Manager, you will:
• Lead a entertainment team consisting of yourself and three troupers
• Deliver and oversee a daytime and evening activity programme provided by central support
• Work six days and evenings per week on a split-shift rota, with one scheduled day off
• Create and manage rotas for yourself and your team member
• Ensure all activities are delivered to a professional standard, suited to guest numbers and park atmosphere
• Adapt entertainment delivery to suit a calmer, family-focused park influenced by its surroundings

Contract & Pay
• £12.80 per hour
• 40-hour contracted week

Contract Dates
• Start date: 23rd March
• End date: Mid-November

Benefits
• 30% discount in on-site restaurants

• Fully paid training provided prior to starting

Accommodation
• Solo live-in caravan accommodation available

🎤⭐️ Cover Entertainers Wanted – Ex Holiday Park Performers ⭐️🎤

Have you worked as an entertainer on a holiday park before?
Do you miss the buzz of the stage, the games, the madness of a packed family show… but maybe not the full season commitment?

We’re looking to build a small pool of experienced ex-holiday park entertainers who would like to be considered for cover support roles when needed.

Sometimes things change quickly in this industry. People move on, contracts end early. When that happens, we need reliable people who can step in and keep the entertainment running smoothly.

That’s where you come in.

What the role involves
• Stepping in to cover entertainment roles when required
• Delivering daytime activities and evening entertainment
• Working with existing teams to keep the guest experience strong
• Being flexible and ready to jump into a park environment

What we offer

• The chance to jump back into the entertainment world without committing to a full season

These roles are based at:

📍 Sunnydale Holiday Park, Lincolnshire

📍 Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, Hartlepool

📍 Lower Hyde & Landguard Holiday Parks, Isle of Wight (This position is an established, all-year-round Entertainment Manager role & requires an experienced Entertainment Manager who is comfortable running two sites.

If you’re looking for a management position and enjoy working closely with a hands-on team, this could be a great fit. You’ll be responsible for leading entertainment operations, supporting your team, and helping deliver engaging experiences for our guests. It’s a role that suits someone organised, people-focused, and comfortable taking ownership day to day.
