📍 Day 1 – All aboard the Caledonian Sleeper
Travel to London and make your way to Euston Station. Settle into a private cabin aboard the Caledonian Sleeper and begin the overnight journey towards Fort William.
📍 Day 2 – Wake up in the Highlands
Open the curtains to dramatic Highland scenery before arriving in Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK. Check in for a two-night stay and spend the remainder of the day exploring or relaxing.
📍 Day 3 – Fort William and the West Highlands
Enjoy a full day at leisure, with opportunities to discover the Great Glen, Glenfinnan Viaduct, Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the impressive Steall Falls.
📍 Day 4 – One of Scotland’s great rail journeys
Travel from Fort William to Oban via Crianlarich on a wonderfully scenic railway journey through mountains, lochs and vast Highland landscapes. Arrive in Scotland’s famous Gateway to the Isles for a two-night stay.
📍 Day 5 – Discover Oban
Explore the town’s bustling harbour, sample the fresh seafood for which Oban is famous or enjoy views across the bay. Ferries also depart for the surrounding islands for those wishing to venture farther.
📍 Day 6 – Oban to Edinburgh
Leave Scotland’s west coast behind and travel by rail to Edinburgh via Glasgow. Arrive in the heart of the capital with time to explore Princes Street, Calton Hill, the Old Town or the Royal Mile.
