You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. We can accommodate a total of 7 guests, with a limit of 6 adults due to the available dining spaces. For the 7th guest, who should be aged 0 to 2, we can provide a high chair and travel cot upon request. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). We may consider permitting small, learning-based events or art workshops exclusively for registered guests during their stay, subject to an additional fee.
