Bit of a retro day today…

iMac G3 from 2001, failed hard drive. Replacing that for a client who still wants to use their piece of history still.

I don’t think there is anywhere else in Cornwall with the equipment or knowledge to fix this classic. Joys of doing this for over 25 years.

And a nice old Mac Pro getting back up and running for a client too…

We ARE specialists in what we do, we specialise in Apple computer repair which I hope is why you bring your kit to us, with our proven track record over 25 years.

We now share office space with the mighty Fixbox (Mike) who specialises in phone repairs , again an expert in his field .

And also pcmedic (Sam) who is a windows expert in the same shop.

We are all very separate companies sharing the same space at the Fixbox shop in Chester Road so you have a one stop place to bring your repairs and see the relevant expert.

I still don’t touch phones (but Mike does) and I still don’t touch windows computers (Sam does) as I leave that to those experts in their field and likewise they don’t touch Apple Mac at all either and wont try to advise you on your Mac.

I see so many people now thinking that are experts in everything electronics but sadly that is not the case in the Fixbox shop, we have our honed skills and can apply them to the correct job in hand.. you just come in and pick the right business for the job.
