Calling all landlords and letting agents. New legislation has now been issued and it is now a landlords legal duty to have an electrical Installation condition report carried out on all private rented properties at least every 5 years.
Electrical condition reporting is exactly what we do. We are NICEIC approved and hold all insurances and qualifications required to do such work.
