We’ve been chatting to lots of women about Rise & Shine recently and the same questions keep coming up… so I just wanted to answer them here.
1. Am I fit enough?
2.How do I even start training for this?
3. Is everyone else going to turn up looking like Bear Grylls? 😅
Firstly… probably.
If you’re willing to put in some training, you can absolutely get fit enough to do this. And we’ll fully support you with training guidance written by our experienced mountain leaders who’ve done this many times before.
And lastly… no Bear Grylls vibes required. Just you, a determined mindset and a heap of enthusiasm.
Most women joining us are juggling work, kids, busy lives and overflowing to-do lists. They are not ultra-athletes smashing hill sprints at 5am.
This is designed for YOU.
One thing Skye from Resilient Women Leaders said during our recent Goal Setting webinar really stayed with me:
“You aren’t responsible for your first thought. But you ARE responsible for your second.”
So maybe your first thought is:
“Nope. Sounds hard.”
But maybe the second thought becomes:
“Actually… maybe I could.”
Because Rise & Shine is about so much more than hiking mountains. It’s about doing something for yourself, alongside an amazing group of women cheering each other on every step of the way.
