Paston

Full landscaping detail and driveway.

Not the easiest of projects with many varied levels but feel the team came up with a scheme and design to maximise the space and soften the feel of the area.

1st stage of sleeper retained porcelain paving carried out in December 2025 with the decision to revisit the drive in spring.

Driveway work consisted of working the levels in with the previous paving works along with giving a hard standing and levelling the the main parking area.

With the area cleared, a total of 30 retaining sleepers and around 50 concrete edging installed to frame the boundaries.

Entrance gate posts altered with some on site welding to enable the gate hanging on the opposite side and open up the driveway further.

A total of 98m2 of block paving finished with 20t of compacted type one and 15T of compacted decorative Cotswold stone.

Busy times over the farm with 3 projects on the go.

Barn conversion to office
Landscaping works in progress.
Painters and floor layers on site.
2nd fix electrical and plumbing in progress.

Barn conversion to welfare unit.
Asbestos roof removed
New lean to roof cut on and tiling works in progress.
Heli fix works to some previous settlement.
Internal stud works in progress to form cavity and get ready for Celotex in fill.

Old dairy removal work.
1st job was to disconnect and services and reroute some key services out of the building.

Then handed over to the East Coast Insulations team to do what they do best as always and have all the roof removed, bagged and in designated skip ready for removal.

We will then be handing the project over to Coles for a full demolition detail along with crushing us the material to use on the landscaping works not only saving on waste but saving the owners buying in the material we need for the landscaping works.

A great project in whole to have been trusted with and seeing the changes from what we were given to what they’re becoming makes us proud of the team behind JNR Building.
