I don’t just talk about inclusive travel. I go and check it.

In October 2025, I travelled to Ibiza with TUI to take a proper look at what they’re doing around neuro-inclusive holidays — not from a brochure, but on the ground. We did all the airport checks, transfers and then onto the hotels which are offering some great services.

I wanted to see:
• How hotels actually support neurodivergent guests
• Whether “sensory-friendly” means anything beyond a buzzword
• What’s in place for quieter spaces, routine, food flexibility & understanding staff
• And most importantly… does it genuinely make holidays easier and more enjoyable?

Some things impressed me.
Some things still need work.
And that’s exactly why Access All Areas exists.

Travel should be for everyone—but too often it’s planned for the “mainstream” and everyone else is expected to squeeze in.

Access All Areas exists because we know—first-hand—that families, individuals and carers with different needs don’t need special treatment… they need better planning and organisation, insider knowledge of the places by someone who understands their needs.

We’re experienced travel planners with years of real-world booking knowledge across holidays, cruises, hotels and tailor-made trips. We also work within a neurodivergent workforce and have lived experience of travelling with families whose needs don’t fit the standard brochure version of a holiday.

That means we understand:
