All steaks are served with skin-on-chips, flat mushroom, vine tomatoes and homemade onion rings
Rump - 16 oz
Big Lad or Ladette Steak. Considered to have more flavour than other cuts, this tender, good everyday steak is taken from the lower back of the animal.
Sirloin - 10 oz
This is one of the most popular cuts of beef and often the steak lovers first choice. It has a fine, but firm texture and a richness in flavour.
Ribeye - 10 oz
THE CHEFS FAVOURITE. Well marbled, tender and flavoursome. So flavoursome because there is marbling in the steak.
Fillet - 8 oz
This centre cut fillet is the prime cut. This is the leanest, succulent and tender of all the steaks.
Herdwick Leg Steak - 8 oz
Succulent fell bred from our own farm. The Herdwick diet of wild grass and forage, and environment (up to 1000ft) give the breed a distinctive gamey flavour.
