This week has been one of those weeks that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. โค๏ธ

One customer came to me with a Mauritius quote that honestly seemed too good to be true.
I spent hours researching, comparing suppliers and exploring every possible option to see what could be done.
After digging deep, I reached out to some of the amazing contacts I have based out in Mauritius, who did a huge amount of legwork and running around on my behalf.
In the end, not only did we get everything sorted, but we also secured an incredible upgrade into a truly stunning resort.
It's moments like these that remind me how valuable strong relationships and local knowledge can be.
I genuinely can't wait to see their holiday photos when they return.๐ฒ๐บ

Mauritius has definitely been the destination of the week!
I've also been helping a group of friends and family travelling out for a wedding I booked a while back for a stunning customer.
Guests are flying in from Australia and different parts of the world to come together for one huge family celebration, and it's been lovely helping everyone get organised.
There's something really special about knowing that people who live thousands of miles apart will soon be together making memories in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

One of my lovely loyal customers has just booked her THIRD holiday of the year with me.
This time she's heading to Copenhagen.
Ever since I visited last year and told her all about Tivoli Gardens, she's wanted to experience it for herself, so I'm excited to hear what she thinks.

A lovely family, new to me as customers have also booked Grecotel Casa Paradiso, one of my favourite family hotels.
It's one of those places that just gets everything right.
The dining-around concept is fantastic, the setting is beautiful and I know they're going to have an incredible time there.
I can't wait to help them plan all the little details before they travel.

One of my favourite parts of this job is keeping in touch with customers while they're away.
This week I've been getting updates from customers currently enjoying Lanzarote and it sounds like they're having the most amazing time.
In fact, they're already talking about booking again for next year and returning to exactly the same hotel!
That always makes me smile because it shows just how important it is to find the right holiday for the right people.
When customers are talking about going back before they've even come home, you know you've found a winner. โค๏ธ

Another lovely family who have travelled with me for years have booked their very first P&O cruise.
They're heading off around Northern Europe next year and I'm so excited for them.
There's something really special about helping someone experience cruising for the first time.

I've also had a huge amount of interest this week in a very special World Cruise opportunity.
I currently have one exclusive single balcony cabin available that I'm helping to resell on behalf of a customer.
In fact, it's the ONLY single balcony cabin left available on the entire ship.
We now have just a limited number of weeks remaining to transfer the booking to a new passenger, so the clock is ticking.

After spending all week booking everyone else's holidays, I managed to sneak in a little birthday getaway for myself.
We're off to Funchal in Madeira!
I absolutely loved it when I visited last year, and after sadly having to cancel another planned trip there next week with the amazing maketing company Galaxi, I'm delighted to be taking my family instead in the summer!! (Throwback pic to last years Shine At Sea with P&O on the Toboggans!)
I can't wait to show my son one of my favourite places, experience the famous toboggan ride together and make some wonderful memories.
