Having fun with the on Beaver safari!

We love watching the as well as all the other at the river - Kingfishers, Herons, Dippers, Sandpipers, Otters, Pipistrelle & Daubenton bats and geese.

We had a busy couple of days putting Swift boxes up in Carnoustie, Arbroath and Montrose last week, including 2 schools and a nursery where the cherry picker caused great excitement!

We put up 20 boxes, which means 20 new places for Swifts to nest when they return in May.

And we saw 2 Swifts zooming overhead when on Barry Rd. Making that a perfect day 🙂

Meet our new office mascots! Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our old boys Fig, Spanish William and Little Randies over the past months.

Life isn't quite as exciting without rats so we rehomed Marv and Chance. I call Marv The Marvel as he is such a sweet, friendly boy. He's the black and white one. Chance is white with pink eyes and is almost blind. He loves the comfort of his hammocks 🙂

A pair of Magpies nested in my neighbour's garden. They fledged three noisy youngsters. This is one of them - what a beautiful bird!
