Hi

I am afraid as you may have seen on our main There Travel page, I am afraid that my personal Facebook, Instagram and this page were compromised on the early hours of Saturday morning.

No customer data was breached in this, but it has been a very disconcerting few days, thankfully I have now managed to get access back to Facebook.

To ensure everyones safety I am currently resetting all passwords for all of our business systems, including our main back office systems, some of which require overnight to reset fully, so please continue to bare with us whilst this is done

I just wanted to take a moment to say sorry to our customers who have requested changes to their bookings in the last week or so.

I have personally had a very challenging few weeks, juggling multiple and competing projects. Thankfully I do want to share that the weightless journey has continued apace and now as of this photo this morning hit just short of 21 stones lost.

I will be going through anyone who is needing to be rebooked in the next few days and will get caught up by the weekend.

I am at the JFK Clubhouse, an officially can now announce that Travel Less Ordinary will be There.Travel, we will be taking you, here…everywhere…and there ✈️

A massive thank you to our amazing team, and we are so excited to kick off this next phase in helping you jet there, cruise there, stay there and experiencing there.

On a personal level it’s a double celebration for me as I am about to board GVJAM for flight 100 with my favourite Virgin Atlantic and even got a special welcome and thank you from the Head of their US operations!
