Background
I’ve been passionate about travel ever since I can remember. My first ever work experience was working in my brother in law’s travel agency when I was just 13 years old and ever since then I’ve loved planning trips for myself, friends and family. Over the years ive been lucky enough to visit over forty countries and enjoyed all kin
ds of travel experiences. This includes; Safari at Masai Mara in Kenya during the migration season; Trekking through cloud forests and canopy walks then relaxing in natural volcanic hot springs or by the beach in Costa Rica; Cruising around the balmy Caribbean and visiting many of the wonderful islands there; incredible beach holidays and snorkel experiences in the Maldives, Mauritius, Carribean and The Red Sea. Experiencing amazing autumnal colours in Japan (from mind boggling Tokyo to the serene beauty of the temples in Kyoto) Ski holidays on the majestic Alps and with the warm hospitality of catered chalets. Travelling solo and immersing with local people and cultures whilst working in China, Malaysia and teaching in Thailand. More recently, we’ve been on lots of family and child friendly holidays all around the world (as well as more closer to home with lots of UK breaks) and have first hand experience of what is important when you have young kids as well as grandparents and extended family to cater for! I have decided to put my passion for travel to good use by launching a Not Just Travel business. I’m a fully accredited Independent Personal Travel Consultant. With the backing of market leading Hays Travel I have access to over 400 suppliers so I can create and book a UK break, city breaks, short and long haul package holidays, multi centre trips, cruise , sports/activity breaks, weddings, honeymoons, group/solo travel, excursions, travel insurance and more – literally the world is your oyster! All the tour operators we use are ABTA bonded and all flights are ATOL protected so you have peace of mind should anything unforeseen occur.
