Hi everyone 👋.

After only being open for just over a year I have decided to close down my guided trail running business.

My reason for this is for my progression as a competitive runner. I want to be the best I can be but to do this it has to be my main priority.

I want to also thank everyone who has booked with me I really enjoyed guiding and educating you all so thank you so so much ❤️

I do have some bookings this year and I will be commiting to these so don't worry if you have booked.

Finally back to running in the hills.

Now that the flat block and a very flat D33 ultra is out of the way I am glad to be starting the next block in my natural environment, the mountains for some longer stuff.

Glenshee 9 today with to start it off right. Cheers mate for another big day in the hills 🤝🤙

This is a sincere thank you 🙏 to everyone who booked a guided trail run with me this year. This was my first year doing this and it was amazing.

I was unsure going into this if it would be something I would enjoy but watching others succeed in goals or learning something new and putting it into practice brings me genuine happiness and joy.

I am very much looking forward to 2025 and where we can all go together.

Big moments of 2024. It has been an amazing year with lots of adventures, training and racing. I don't think I have ever packed so much in, what a year.

• UTS55k 15th place in a very competitive field
• Completing all 282 munros with .skye
• 10th fastest male ever to run Tranters round
• Chamonix and the TMB with .skye
• Completing Martin Moran round in under 24 hours

Today I did a thing. 1st place in the Tweed valley 50k 😁 in 4:12:46. Just 2 minutes separating the podium. The 3 of us raced all day together and it was so much fun working with Arthur and Lewis.

Fueling went awesome from a carbs point at 91 grams of carbs an hour but salt intake was adapted due to lack of water. Today I used 90g gels, caffeine gels and PH1500 sachets.

Great way to finish a great year 🤙

Beautiful day out on Tuesday over the Tarmachan ridge with .skye and the pups ❤️🐾.
It feels like we have been training and recovering a lot so it was real nice to slow things down and just stop and chill at nice spots. A day like this was definitely needed.
