Yet another memorable day out on the Bluefin Tuna. Opportunity Charters had the pleasure of a lovely trip onboard ‘Charlie Boy’ for a Father and his two sons. ‘Max’ was chosen to be first up,and to his delight we managed our best fish this year. An 86” beauty, safely to the boat and released. The fish did test Max’s new standup skills but very well done after a lengthy fight. 💪🎣🎣🐟

The family took advantage of our fish and stay package. A nice few beers 🍺 after in one of our local pubs close to our lodge.

Yesterday proved challenging conditions at sea. After covering a fair few miles we managed to find Tuna after a full morning of no activity and little life. We had onboard a group of farmers from Leicester. 🚜 Towards the end of the day we managed to hook Rob up with his first ever Bluefin 🎣. 60” and safely released.

Another great day on the Bluefin Tuna out of Plymouth. A help out for Kev and Ricky from Crusader Charters, with a bunch of lads from the Midlands. With a Father and Son team onboard, first fish was handed to Callum. A 60” Bluefin for his first fish made the day for him. 3 to the boat after 4 hook ups. First two on a double. 60”, 69” and 79” 🎣👍
