I m
continuing to closely monitor the air traffic control issue currently affecting UK airspace and understand how concerning the situation may be for guests due to travel.

The majority of guests who were due to fly today have now been rebooked onto flights departing tomorrow.

For any guests who had already been transferred from home to the airport, we have secured airport accommodation for tonight to ensure they are looked after while awaiting their revised departure.

Our duty office is contacting guests directly with full details of their hotel accommodation and new flight arrangements.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the disruption, and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

✈️ Our priority remains making sure our guests are supported and able to continue their journeys as smoothly as possible.
