Thanks to Richmondshire Concerts for this update on lots of lovely music coming up over the summer.

"On Friday 5th June at 7.30 pm in St Mary’s Church, Roderick Williams, baritone, and Susie Allen, piano, will present their programme, Love Flows as the Brook Flows.

Further ahead, Wensleydale Concerts have a great series of music in Aysgarth church. The next one is not far off on 20th June.

Ryedale Festival begins on 10th July and is even coming to Richmond this year with the Gesualdo Six on 16th July at St. Mary’s.

And, last but not least, the North Yorkshire Moors Chamber Music Festival starts on August 8th.

What a wonderfully musical area!"

It's one of Richmond's great weekends! Murphy's funfairs in the Market Place, Richmondshire Rocks at Richmondshire Cricket Club from 3pm on Sunday and of course the Richmond Meet Parade at 10am on Monday followed by Meet Fun in Friary Gardens - including a at 1pm, all pooches welcome!
And the weather couldn't be better for this year's Whit Weekend festivities 🌞🌞

We've got a busy, exciting weekend ahead at The Green Howards Museum.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Green Howards from near and far for a memorable reunion weekend.

A few places remain for the Operation Sealion talk on Friday 8th, on Saturday 9th visit the museum for a special book launch, and we’ll finish the weekend supporting the Green Howards Parade on Sunday, departing Nuns Close car park at 11.30am.

Once a Green Howard, always a Green Howard. We welcome you all.

We have some great music to perform for you at our Spring Concert and there is truly something for everyone, with pieces from well-known musicals and films including The Lion King, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, South Pacific, La La Land, Carousel and more. Please join us for our Concert and help raise funds for Richmondshire Museum.
Staurday 18th April 7pm, St Mary's Church. Tickets £11 in advance, £12 on the door. Accompanied under 18s free. Please bring money for refreshments, raffle tickets and bucket collection.

You can write to a departed loved one, put what you have always wanted or write something to make someone smile, it's up to you! It's all anonymous too. A tour of the Georgian Theatre Royal is an absolute must for any visit to Richmond!
