🚧 BNI Trades Takeover! 🚧

Yesterday’s Trades Event was a huge success! We brought together a powerhouse of local professionals — from construction and electrical to waste management and home services — all under one roof.

With amazing presentations from Claire Bonner showing us all how we can use each other's businesses within one project. Also from Scott Drew and Kelsey Cram, who presented how BNI introduced them to each other and how they have been working together, and they plan to work together in the future.

Great connections, real referrals, and plenty of laughs. This is what BNI is all about: building relationships that build business.

Amazing Meeting this week !!

We had another great meeting this week. We started with a great core value about how all core values play a big part in the working day and in the life of business. Moving on to our education slot which was taken on by the top table by getting all our members into power team groups to work on inviting visitors to our chapter.

We also had a testimonial from Peter Bussey given to Scott Drew, showing us the outstanding service Array Electrics provided for Peter by reducing his electricity costs by installing solar panels for Peter. Showing us that we can confidently recommend Scott in the future.

Leading on to Leonardo Duarte who took to the stage to enlighten us on how Projekt Rising can help implement AI to encourage businesses to become more efficient. We also learned about what Leo can do by giving us a valuable example, he helped an SME reduce time spent on admin tasks from 2 - 3 hours to 5- 10 minutes. This week we had 2 testimonials passed during our meeting. These testimonials allow us to share the great work some of our businesses have done for each other and allow us to build confidence when businesses pass business to each other.

Jonathan Horswell passed a glowing testimonial to Tom from NTE Electrical for the amazing work he completed for Jonathan for his rental property. Providing an amazing service and advice for all his electrical needs.

Amazing Meeting this week !!

We had another great meeting this week. We started with a great core value from our very own Peter Bussey. Moving swiftly on to Claire Bonner who took our education slot this week highlighting BNI Traffic Lights and guiding us on how to improve our focus within what we need to do to succeed within BNI.

Then we had Ashley Hibbert take to the stage to tell us more about what he does and how he is different from the average estate agent. Ashley from the Thetford Property Expert, provides a highly specialized service from the first conversation, trying to find what his clients are looking for to ensure he is providing the best service, to staging the properties, he is selling to look the best to improve the sale. Daniel George began our morning meeting by introducing us with his core value of tradition and innovation, highlighting how this become a part of his daily activities within his working day.

📒 Education Slot 📒
Ashley Hibbert took the education slot this week showing us what questions to ask ourselves regarding referrals. Asking questions like does the people who are referring me truly understand what I do? And if not, how can I get them to understand my company more? These questions made us realize how to focus on developing our referral skills and how we can develop our strategy for helping people understand our company more.

Una showed us all the different types of temporary employment they are able to provide for a range of different sectors. From providing additional Christmas cover for companies experiencing higher work volumes over the Christmas period or sick/holiday leave cover. Relieving all the stress from these time Una spoke to us how as a company they assist with getting additional staff however, they can do all the site induction training relieving this from the company as they understand that they may not have time to provide adequate training in times like these.
