We’re thrilled to officially announce that 3D Events are once again teaming up with Saffron Walden Round Table as the Carnival Partner for 8 Day Weekend 2025!

This marks our seventh Carnival, and it just gets bigger and better every year. 8 Day Weekend holds a special place in our hearts. It’s where 3D Events came to life in our local town, and even though we now deliver creative event production across the country and even in mainland Europe, coming home to support this incredible community event is something we always look forward to.

This year’s shaping up to be something really special, with the energy behind live events bigger than ever, we’re pulling out all the stops to make 2025 unforgettable.

We were proud and privileged to support Saffron Walden Town Council with their VE Day celebration at Jubilee Gardens yesterday.

Our team provided the lighting and sound to help create a fitting atmosphere for this important commemoration. It was a pleasure to play a part in such a meaningful event that brought the community together to remember and reflect.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day so special! 🇬🇧

We’re absolutely thrilled that in just a few months’ time, we’ll be back supporting 8 Day Weekend right here in our very own Saffron Walden! Once again teaming up with the fantastic team at the Saffron Walden Round Table to help bring this brilliant 8 days of events to life.

Here’s a throwback to one of the unforgettable nights from a previous year, the energy, the music, the community vibe… it really doesn’t get much better. The marquee packed out, everyone dancing, singing, and soaking up the atmosphere… this photo brings it all flooding back!

Events like this are what make our town so special, and it’s always an honour to play a part in making it happen. We can’t wait to see familiar faces (and plenty of new ones!) when the weekend rolls around.

Roll on summer, it’s going to be another one to remember.

Still can’t get over last night… We sorted all the lighting, power distribution and effects (love the gas flambeaux when it’s a cool April evening!) for a 30th party in a traditional marquee, including our 1m round gold mirror ball that was doing the absolute most on the dancefloor.

We always say no two events are the same, and this one proved it. Because, well… there was a camel, Just casually hanging out.

Big shoutout to Harding & Co. Wedding & Party Architects for planning an absolute belter of a party. Always a pleasure working with you!
