What a weekend! 🤩

One incredible corporate party, over 800 guests, and the opportunity to transform a global HQ into a fully immersive event space alongside the amazing HQ Nights Team.

Here’s what went into making it happen:

- Full site power distribution, backed by 100kVA of generator power
- Multiple sound systems, from the main stage through to the football zone
- Over 800m of festoon lighting across the site
- Extensive tree uplighting to completely transform the space after dark
- More than 1km of heavy mains cable installed across the venue

It’s always rewarding seeing an everyday workplace become an unforgettable event space. Huge thanks to everyone involved in making it happen. 👏

Sometimes the most effective event lighting isn’t the most colourful.

A simple gentle white wash can completely transform a space indoor or out, adding atmosphere, highlighting features and creating a welcoming environment without distracting from the surroundings.

Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, private party or outdoor venue, warm white lighting remains a timeless classic. Elegant, subtle and, of course, warm!

This beautiful flint wall and tree needed nothing more than a carefully balanced mix of warm and cool lighting to bring them to life.

Thousands of guests across the events.
Lots of stunning outdoor and party lighting.
Wicker lampshades.
And as a guess, many sore heads.

Last weekend marked the opening show of the incredible Originals Live Tour 2026, kicking things off in Bradford with an incredible crowd and a fantastic atmosphere.

Our team is proud to be supporting the tour across multiple venues around the UK, providing the full production package including audio, lighting and video to help deliver the show night after night.

It was brilliant to see the first show come to life on stage, and this is only the beginning. Looking forward to taking the production to the rest of the venues on the tour.

Huge thanks to everyone involved in making night one such a success. Onto Tunbridge Wells in a few weeks!

Happy New Year from all of us at 3D Events. 🎉🎉

As we head into 2026, we want to say thank you to our clients and partners who worked with us throughout 2025 and trusted us to deliver their events. It’s been a great year of live shows and projects we’re genuinely proud to have been part of.

This clip is from one of our displays last night, and fireworks are part of what we offer alongside full event production.

What a way to close out the year. Over 12 festive nights, we helped deliver a huge Christmas party experience with HQ Nights in a stunning venue, providing the full production package from staging, lighting, power and audio.

Working alongside HQ Nights Christmas Parties and The Highfield Event Group, the space was transformed night after night into a high-impact, feel-good Christmas show built to impress from the moment guests walked in. Big atmosphere, bold production, and a proper end-of-year celebration ✨

As it’s Christmas Eve, we’d like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who’s trusted us with their events this year. If this reel sums anything up, it’s what’s possible when the right teams come together.
