The Net loft is situated in the heart of St.Ives, based on the famous cobbles of Fore Street. A family owned holiday home since the early 2000's. This is a restored 200+ year old fisherman's net loft, retaining many of the old features and quaintness.

This property is in a great location for all, surrounded by local beaches, on the door step of the lovely local shops, and a stone throw away from some of the hottest bars and restaurants in town.

As you enter the Net loft you come up a selection of stairs, onto the first floor where you will find a very large open plan dining/living/kitchen area.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all your essentials to suit your every day needs, fully working electric hob, cooker and grill, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The net loft is full kitted out with Wifi, Netflix, and amazon stick ready for your own personal use, and a selection of games for those cosy nights in or rainy days!

If you look up above the lounge area you will find a beautifully presented mezzanine area where the bedroom is situated, this is such a lovely feature of the property creating a nice romantic and cosy feel.

Regrettably there is no parking with this property, however there are several local car parks located within walking distance of the Net Loft.
