Pepperbox Holidays Pepperbox Holidays is a unique large country house, annexe and swimming pool complex in rural Whiteparish, near Salisbury, in Wiltshire.

It is offered as luxury holiday let with the use of a good sized pool ideal for families or large groups. The house and annex can be rented separately or together. Both are fully integrated with extensive facilities and are ideal for the self catered holiday let. Main house 'Trees' - sleeps 12 - 15
Upstairs:
1 superking sized bedroom with ensuite
1 king sized bedroom with ensuite
1 family room wit

h a superking bed and two singles- shared bathroom
1 twin room (2 singles) - shared bathroom
3 x put up beds available

Downstairs

1 twin bed (two singles) with ensuite
2 very large reception rooms
1 smaller reception room adjoined to the kitchen
large open planned kitchen with large dining table

Connecting passage to large patio area patio and swimming pool. Swimming pool - 18m heated pool with it's own changing room, toilet and shower. Oak Tree Cottage
This is a separate house only connected by the driveway. The swimming pool is not available to the annexe if the annexe is booked separately to the main house. Upstairs

The emphasis is on good quality and a hassle free stay. Somewhere the kids can run around and let their hair down, go for a swim whatever the weather and be happy and happy kids = happy parents. Or groups of adults can come and just chill and relax. The whole complex has extensive gardens, plenty or room for the kids to run around, play games, to explore, for BBQ's and sunbathing. The swimming pool has covered access from the main house and can also open up into the garden. Both properties have a large amount of safe parking right next to them. Both properties have stunning views of the countryside. There is also direct access to public footpaths across Whelpley Farm where you can wander for hours uninterrupted countryside or take one to the nearby village of Whiteparish which has two pubs. There is a multitude of things to do close by. The stunning medieval town of Salisbury is only 8 miles away where you can visit the famous cathedral. The property is on the edge of The New Forest National Park where there are endless walks and beautiful scenery scattered with wild roaming ponies and donkeys. National Trust properties such as Mottisfont is only a short drive away and the old Wessex capital Winchester is only a little further on. Or, you can go to the beach - the nearest is only 35 minutes away. And much much more......

When you book a stay with us you get full access to walk on our farm as well as wonderful public footpaths enabling long hikes for miles, including Salisbury and the New Forest.

Come back and relax in our wonderful indoor swimming pool.
