We are very proud to announce that Genie has signed up for the annual Aalabare sleep out in Salisbury this year on the 1st of March.

Alabare is a homeless charity that we are going to be working very closely with. They do great work supporting the homeless in and around Wiltshire. This sponsored sleep out will raise awareness about the how the homeless are affected and also raise much needed funds for their valuable work.

This is wonderful as Genie has her own Homeless fund which will be fully operational on launch x At present we can only help a limited number so we are pleased to be of assistance

We are donating £100 to the cause and we will give you an update on how it goes with pics too x

Fantastic news! Just had a lovely chat with Alabare, Salisbury and it looks like we have very similar with aims with regards support the homeless.

I am sure this relationship is going to develop into something very special for Genies Homeless Fund.

Facebook is now pushing administrators to PAY to promote every post/update from their page. In an attempt to make page administrators pay for "promoted posts," Facebook will now only let 7% of you receive each update I post.

Meaning that now, in order to receive all my messages/posts, you must do the following:

1) Go to my page.

2) Hover your mouse over where it says "LIKED" and click on "ADD TO INTERESTS LISTS"

By doing this, you will be able to see ALL of posts about/by me in your news feed! Please "share" this post with your friends. Do this for all of the artists and charities you care about!!!

Recently we would like to bring something to everyone's attention as this could damage your tenancy and you criminal record if you do this.
Never ever offer or accept money for a property during an exchange as this is illegal and a criminal offense. You could even be faced with losing your tenancy if you offer/accept money during an exchange. Some authorities are actually trying to catch people out so don't even go there it's not worth it, please.
We as a reputable site who will never ever condone this behavior as its against the law and endangers you, Our clients.
If you come across any pages that offer money or condone this STAY AWAY ....................They are miss informing you and could get you into trouble x
