From the 1st of may 2025 the Windsor Lodge will be offering a ice cold plunge barrel. You will be able to have hot and cold treatment.

Heat therapy, or thermotherapy, involves applying warmth, while cold therapy, or cryotherapy, uses cold applications. Both methods can be used independently or in combination, and they work by influencing the body's blood flow and reducing muscle spasms, pain, and swelling.
How Hot and Cold Therapy Work:
Heat Therapy:
Heat therapy increases blood flow to the affected area, promoting circulation and relaxation. This can help soothe muscle spasms, ease stiffness, and reduce pain.
Cold Therapy:
Cold therapy constricts blood vessels, reducing inflammation and swelling. It also numbs the area, which can provide pain relief.
