Pocklington to host food and drink festival this month - find out more here
Pocklington town centre will be hosting a bustling food and drink festival over the weekend of Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27.
Taking place in the heart of the town centre, join in the fun from 9am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday, where stalls will line Market Place, leading to a stage and seating areas in St Peter’s Square.
The Pocklington Food and Drink Festival promises an exciting and fun-filled weekend where visitors can experience the best of the local food and drink scene.
Stalls will feature street foods, bars of distinction, and select grocery food and craft. Visitors can also enjoy alfresco dining alongside live music, comedy, and children’s entertainment.
Helena Moss, head of regeneration and funding at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “We’re excited to work with Market Square Group Ltd again this year and bring the Food and Drink Festival back to Pocklington.
“This event follows successful ‘feastival’ events that have taken place in the town each year since 2022 and will generate exciting opportunities for businesses in Pocklington to reach new audiences.”
This event is delivered by Market Square Group Ltd, a specialist events company, in partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
