Would a first-time cruiser be more accepting of changes that experienced P&O passengers immediately notice?

And if loyal customers are increasingly unhappy, why doesn’t P&O focus more on keeping the passengers who have supported them for years?

Now this is what you call FUN on MSC Virtuosa! 🎶🚢 While relaxing on the pool deck, some fantastic local entertainers came on board and brought the party straight to the ship! 🕺💃

It’s great to see cruise lines showcasing local talent and giving passengers something different from the usual onboard entertainment.
