RHR The Hogroast Company At RHR we are a family run Hogroast business that offers a unique and personal experience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


* Booking enquires - Held for 7 days only - after the quote has been sent
*Bookings are on a first come first served basis
*50% deposit is required to secure the date of the booking (failure to pay the full 50% will result in the booking being cancelled after notice has been given)
* Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
* Full balance is due 2 weeks before the event date (fail

ure to do this may result in the booking being cancelled)
* Any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the event will still be liable to pay the full balance
* We will contact you at least a week before the event date to confirm any changes to your booking
* 8 hours access time is needed before serving (as all food is prepared and cooked fresh on the day)
* Min 80 cm width is needed for the machine access
*Min 3x6 metre space is required for the Gazebo’s
* Access to water and electricity is required to adhere to the food Standards Agency Regulations
* The food is always cooked/served outside but in extreme weather conditions - the food can be brought inside once cooked and laid out for your guests
* Any left over cooked food/rolls will be served on platters and left for you and your guests
* RHR cannot guarantee that any food or equipment has not been in contact with nuts or any food containing nuts
* RHR will take all resonable care to ensure the safety of people in the cooking area but RHR will not be held liable for any damage to any property or any accidents or injuries incurred from any persons who are not authorised within the designated cooking areas
* Any of your personal details that you have provided to us will not be sold on or otherwise distributed to any third party
* RHR will will not be held responsible or liable for any circumstances that are out of our control
* RHR reserves the right to vary these ‘terms and conditions’ and changes to menus from time to time - Payments of any monies is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
