First time at Soccer Aid and it absolutely did not disappoint! ⚽

The atmosphere. The game. The stadium. Robbie Williams at half time! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it had exceeded all expectations and I’d go again in a heartbeat.

At £33.30 a seat and a round of drinks for under £8, it was a brilliant day out for the price.

Next time though? I’d happily get closer seats on the players’ side, and I’m making a full day of it with the fan zone before kick-off. Lessons learned!

I’ve been plugging into 30 days of training and actions for around 1-2 hours a day.

And before you say you don’t have the time, my screen time used to be higher than that just doom scrolling.

I can see who’s watching these. And the majority of you are already up and already on your phone.

The only difference… I started being intentional with that time.

An hour a day. That’s it. But an hour a day done consistently will give me a very different life in a year’s time.

Since starting this business I’ve been able to reduce my hours and work part time. So trust me when I say the time is there.
