When your brain and your actions are on completely different schedules 🙃😅
I feel like I’m constantly thinking, planning, overthinking, but then struggling to actually do any of it.
And then comes the guilt for not doing the things my brain had already planned!
Im really trying to work with my (unmedicated) ADHD brain instead of against it but it genuinely feels impossible most days.
I’m actually on the waiting list for medication at the minute but if I’m being honest I’m a little nervous after reading people’s mixed experiences trialing the medications 🙈
