Yesterday was a special one! 🥂✨

I headed up to the Travel Counsellors Head Office at Venus for my anniversary, and what a day it was. Between deep dives into the latest travel tech and brainstorming with the best in the business, I’m coming away feeling so inspired.

The best part? The reminder that I have an incredible team behind me every step of the way. Even as an independent business owner, the support here is world-class.

Topped it all off with some fizz and great company. 🥂 Now, back to doing what I love: planning your next dream getaway! ✈️📅

So the journey begins! 🚄

Bags packed and just waiting for the first train (of a few) to arrive, travelling 'up dut north' to hopefully warmer Manchester 🤞

So excited to see my fellow Travel Counsellors and support colleagues at our Head Office. With this being my 5 Year Anniversary the benefits of attending will be invaluable, making new friendships and equally new professional relationships, in order to strengthen my business and share my 30 years of knowledge and experience working in the 'Travel' industry.

Wow, time really does fly when you're having fun! 🥳

It feels like just yesterday that I took the plunge to start my own independent travel business during those wild early days of the Covid pandemic. Today, I'm over the moon to be celebrating five amazing years as a leisure and corporate Travel Counsellor! I can hardly believe how far I've come. There have definitely been some bumps along the way, both in my business and in life, but every challenge has made me stronger.

⏱️As I look back on these busy yet rewarding years, I want to take a moment to cherish all the achievements. I’m in a fantastic spot now, and I’m excited to give back to the Travel Counsellors community, which has been my rock through thick and thin. Supporting my fellow Travel Counsellors and welcoming new members into our family has filled me with so much joy, and I love being able to make a positive difference in their journeys.

🙏A giant thank you to my incredible colleagues, friends, and family—your unwavering support and wise words during tough times mean the world to me!
