This is Aneela. In addition to being a Juliana Bicycles ambassador, MTB guide & coach and partner of Go-Where Scotland, she’s been working as a diversity, inclusion & wellbeing consultant and manager her whole professional life, currently at the Scottish Parliament. Her dedication to equality is reflected in her academic achievements including masters degrees in social sciences and equality and discrimination. She knows what she’s talking about and perhaps we could all gain something from her insights.

Tonight at 6PM (GMT) she will be joining Juliana Bicycles Instagram Live for a conversation about her personal journey to a career in diversity and inclusion, how her career connects to bikes and her passion to make a difference as a woman & person of colour, what race & diversity mean, her personal experiences with racism and the translation into the cycling world, what we can do now, allyship, and much more.
