From demolition to transformation🔨

This project is all about creating a home that works better for family life.

We started by carefully removing the existing walls to open up the rear of the property before getting the new extension underway. With the concrete floor poured, timber frame up, and roof taking shape, you can really start to see the vision coming together.

Once complete, this space will become a bright, open-plan kitchen and sitting area, giving our clients the extra room they need to cook, relax and spend more time together.

Progress is looking good in Fishcross🙌

This extension has come a long way. The roof is complete, the sliding doors are in, and inside we’ve finished insulation, first fix electrics and plasterboarding.

You can already see how much light this new family space is going to bring into the home, and we’re one step closer to the finished result.

Watching a project evolve from foundations to a space that families will enjoy for years to come is what it’s all about.

Every dream extension starts the same way… by knocking something down. 👷‍♂️💥

This is the demolition phase of our latest project in Cowie, where we’re opening up the existing home to create a spacious kitchen and family room extension.

It might look like the messy part of the job, but demolition is one of the most important stages. Every wall removed, every structural alteration and every step is carefully planned to prepare the home for what’s next.

The goal? More space. More natural light. Better flow. A home designed around the way this family lives.

This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to show you the transformation as it comes together.

This extension is taking shape!

We kicked things off with groundworks and foundations, before moving on to the concrete floor slab, insulation and framing. The roof trusses are now up and the space is really starting to take shape, bright, spacious kitchen/dining space, complete with contemporary composite cladding and render to finish it off.

It's a great reminder that every extension starts with the groundwork, literally, before the transformation really begins.
