We run two hour sessions and charge £45 per month. We have recently introduced an hour session on Wednesdays for 4 year olds.

A quick reminder to everyone that Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
classes ended this week ✨

Monday classes end on 7th April ✨

Tuesday classes resume on the 22nd April and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
classes also resume that week ✨

Monday classes restart on 28nd April ✨

A reminder that there will be no classes at Shepherds Bush on Sunday 23rd of March, as we are hosting the Dunraven Competition, which involves all staff.

Please note that this date was factored into the schedule at the beginning of the year and does not affect your full quota of lessons.

All competitors have now been sent their times for arrival so please check your spam/junk email folder if you can’t find it.

A reminder that we can only accept cash (exact money please!) for spectator tickets. £5 (adults) and £2 (children)

As parking is limited in the Dunraven area please allow enough time to find a space in time for your registration slot. So as not to upset our neighbours please do not park across driveways! Thank you 🙏🏻

Here we can see one of our gymnasts practising the heel drive! The main function of a heel drive is to create strong upward momentum by actively pushing off with the heels 🙌🏼

In gymnastics heel drives are used for handsprings, back handsprings, vaults, and even landings on floor exercise 🤸🏽
