I am a busy working mum, juggling a lot of things in my day. Originally I was worried I might not have time for this business...

But now I'm doing it I find I easily integrated this into my life, in pockets of time...

Like this:

🌟 Having conversations with friends over a cuppa, during my events and at the school gates - I fit it into my social life.

🌟 Sending messages or making a socials post when I have 20 mins in the day or evening. It could be when my boy is watching TV (like right now)!

🌟 Watching training videos/ attending zoom calls when my son is asleep in the evening. I find I'm tired in the evenings so this is my preferred way to be productive in the evenings as I don't have to think too much!!

🌟 Making videos like this one on the way to school!

It doesn't have to be complicated or take a long time... Our brains just overcomplicate things!!

Also, this feeling of lacking time is exactly WHY I'm doing this... To create more time in my life for the important things!!
