We finally moved house!! After a whole year (and then some) of stress we made it! Weā€™re absolutely over the moon to be in, even with the minging burgundy carpet. In true millennial style Iā€™ve been dying to see whatā€™s underneath. So while Ashleighs carpet/vinyl fitting was doing carpet elsewhere in the house, I asked him to pull up the porch and hallway carpet to see if we had anything exciting.
What do you think it was?

Itā€™s honestly been so interesting to watch the last week or so.

I can talk about travel tips, earning commission, and ways to make money back from trips for ages and barely get questionsā€¦

But the second I win a random holiday raffle, everyone suddenly wants to know how šŸ˜…

The ironic part is the raffle was pure luck - and it wasnā€™t just a once off - Iā€™d entered a raffle like this either.

But the income side of being a working mum and running a travel business? Thatā€™s the part thatā€™s actually repeatable.

I think a lot of people are more comfortable believing in ā€œwinning bigā€ than learning a consistent way to create extra income alongside something they already love doing.

So while youā€™re entering that celebrityā€™s or big brand give away again, have a think about your own freedom and what travel could look like for you this time next year. āœˆļø

Almost a year ago I started this little travel business āœˆļø

Truthfully, I probably havenā€™t given it my full attention yet ā€” not because I didnā€™t want to, but because real life has been LIFE-ING šŸ˜‚ Between working shifts, parenting and trying to move house, booking big holidays for ourselves just hasnā€™t been the priority financially this year.

Butā€¦ Iā€™ve still managed some lovely staycations, earned commission back on trips we were already taking, and learned so much along the way šŸ¤ Thanks to doing Hyrox!

Massive thank you to everyone whoā€™s booked through me so far ā€” every enquiry, booking and share genuinely means so much.

Iā€™m really excited for whatā€™s to come once weā€™re settled and can start travelling a bit more ourselves too šŸŒ
