Route planning has officially begun! 🗺️

The BlueSky Experiences team have been on site at Queensberry Estate this week, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to designing the best route possible for the 18th Buccleuch Property Challenge.

Every year, the team strive to bring something new to the Challenge, whether it is a new activity, a new location or by taking you in an unexpected direction. Recent additions to the secret activities line-up have included a bike powered smoothie machine, a slip 'n' slide and even a riverside meditation moment. We can't wait to see what's in store this year! Trust us, even we don't know at this stage, but we're sure there's some clues in these photos 🤔 captions in the comments please...

We are hugely grateful to everyone who works and lives on the estate who allows us to come and have fun in their corner of Scotland. As a proud part of Buccleuch, it is a real privilege for us to be able to showcase the Queensberry Estate to our colleagues across the property industry in our own unique way 🦌

It's been quite the week at Buccleuch Property HQ!

Yesterday we drew our in-house teams for the Buccleuch Property Challenge, cue a room full of smiles... some more convincing than others. If you know Sandy Smith, you'll understand exactly why one of his new teammates was sporting a particularly enthusiastic-yet-slightly-terrified grin.

We also had cause to raise a glass (and a fork) to two very special colleagues, each celebrating 20 years of service with Buccleuch. Two decades of dedication, expertise and, judging by the speed at which that cake disappeared, an impressive appetite for celebration. 🎂

It's safe to say the speeches were heartfelt, the toasts were well-earned and the cake... well, the cake did not stand a chance.

Some of us may need to factor a little extra effort into this week's Challenge prep. No names. (Neil knows.)

Here's to the team - past milestones and the ones still to come. 💪

Happy to report that some of the Buccleuch Property team have officially kicked off their Challenge training, representing BPC of course! Sandy, James and David sported an exclusive BPC 2023 design at the Kettering Half Marathon, while Paul has been trendsetting with the new 2026 number.

Well done team, we can't wait to see which other looks might make it out of the archives!
