Introducing Ruby Walker...

Ruby is the newest member of the team, having joined in late 2025. With a diverse background in marketing – ranging from clothing brands to nightclubs – she now brings her creativity and experience to the construction industry. Based in our Torquay office, Ruby manages our social media, advertising and all things marketing, although you’ll often find her visiting sites or attending marketing events as well. She also brings her beautiful spaniel, Maple, into the office most afternoons, who is full of energy and rarely sits still – much like her mum.

Introducing Laura McCaugherty...

Laura has been a valued member of the Alliance team for over a year, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in the construction industry. Based in our Torquay office, she plays an important role in keeping everything running smoothly, managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities, supporting the directors, and assisting customers with their enquiries. Laura is also known for bringing plenty of energy, positivity and laughter to the office, making sure there’s never a dull moment for the team – at least until her 2:00 finish (school pick up duties)!

An outstanding roof transformation delivered by Bay Roofing SW Ltd 🔥

This private dwelling showcases a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation. The main cottage features premium natural slate, installed to the highest standards, preserving its character while ensuring long-term performance.

The extension and remodel of the former livestock barns incorporate ICB Fabrications Ltd Evalon VSK, finished with a striking standing seam - bringing a contemporary edge to the development.

To enhance both sustainability and natural light, three Solar Velux Skylights have been thoughtfully integrated into the design.
