BLOCK • COUNTER • DISARM/DISENGAGE • SCAN

Tonight’s lesson in St Erth at really put the guys through the reality of having 1/4 of a second to register the strike, block and counter it - a challenge even when they knew it was only one of two close range strikes to work with; hooks and uppercuts.

Slow and steady, building technique in foundational blocks and counters, great work tonight guys - great to see how tight you had this session locked down. 👊🏼
